Nonna’s Seeds
Logline: A granddaughter returns to her vacant childhood home, where distant memories and traditions merge into the present, gently whispering: move forward, but don’t forget where you came from.

“As Technical Director for Nonna's Seeds, I found photogrammetry to be like watching a computer try to dream—a messy, beautiful attempt at remembering. It doesn’t recreate; it reconstructs, layering bits and pieces into something imperfect but real, much like how we hold onto our own memories. Using this for an unscripted documentary felt natural—capturing life in 3D snapshots, freezing a moment in time as it slips away. For migrant communities, always moving, always changing, this becomes a kind of living catalog—a way to hold onto a place, a feeling, a piece of home. Working on this, with my wife’s childhood and her Nonna’s legacy at its heart, felt like stitching together a memory we didn’t want to lose.”
